Sale Terms:
1.) All sales are between the owner & the buyer... J&K Livestock is only advertising these cattle & this event, not selling them, except their own.
2.) If you will not be in attendance, please make arrangements to bid BEFORE the final bids are due. We can have somebody call you if you would prefer to bid live on the phone. Please provide a bank reference & be prepared to make a paypal deposit payment immediately after any purchase (unless other arrangements are made).
3.) Bidding begins now & ends when the final bids are due on each animal. Ending times will be posted. Please make your final bids before these posted times.
4.) Bid increments will be no less than $50 for prices up to $1,500, $100 up to $3,000 & $200 over $3,000 or you can bid any amount over those increments.
5.) Animals are to be picked up & paid in full within 3 days of the sale unless other arrangements, including boarding arrangements, are made with the owners.
6.) Trucking/shipping is the buyers responsibility.
7.) When bidding, you can choose to be identified by your own identity or by a bidder #. All bidder numbers will be revealed after the sale.
8.) All animals will be issued a health certificate.
