Lowline Angus • Tarentaise • Composite Cattle

T. Jarrod (TJ) and Krystal Stenger are dedicated to raising grass fed Lowline Angus and composite Lowline cattle that excel on pasture and in the show ring. Located near Evansville, Indiana, just north of Morganfield, in western Kentucky, our cattle are pastured within 10 miles of both Indiana & Illinois and less than 100 miles from Missouri & Tennessee. We are continuing a 200+ year old family tradition raising livestock, the 7th generation to raise beef cattle in Union County, Kentucky. Our goal is to produce extremely low input grass fed cattle, that will raise more pounds of high quality beef per acre. Our composite Lowline cattle work tremendously well for grass fed beef production. J&K Livestock was a founding member of the Eastern Lowline Angus Association & belongs to the American Lowline Registry. The Stenger family were longtime members of the American Tarentaise Association (Stenger's Bluegrass Tarentaise). Visitors are always welcome when advance notice is given.
